WITCHING HOUR

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

I went with some of my friends to Witches’ Night Out at Gardner Village. What a Hoot! There were thousands of witches everywhere in every kind of costume imaginable.  We created quite a stir as we went to dinner at Winger’s in Kaysville.  The highlight was Kim dancing in the headlights at the end of the evening.

GETTING READY FOR HALLOWEEN!

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

The other day I got such a craving to create something cute. Not a quilt, that’s too big. So I went to the craft store and came out with a kit to make a darling witch. I decided to make one for my friend, LaRae, for her birthday.  I finished it and took it to her on Monday. The way her face lit up when she saw it let me  know I was on the right track. It really is a cute little witch made of yo yos.
