Baby Annie is a week old

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

We went down to Brian and Liz’s on Sunday and had a great time.  Liz’s mom, Francis, is there to help with the baby and we had a nice visit with her.  Annie changes every day and she is so precious.  Steve and I read books to the boys and it was just fun.

I’ve been doing some sewing for the baby.  I’m always too tired after work to do any sewing but I’ve had motivation to get some pretty girl things done.

My new Harry Potter office

Monday, July 13th, 2009

I’ve been in a cleaning/organizing mood this weekend.  I’ve hauled “tons” of stuff to DI and even more “tons” to the trash.  I’ve turned my Harry Potter room into my Harry Potter office.  I had Brandon and Steve move some of the shelves that I bought from Threads of Time and I have one wall lined with them. I knew I had a lot of Harry Potter stuff, but when it is spread out like this it surprized even me.  Most of it came from DI and ebay so I havent spent a lot of money on it.  I sure do love it. And it is really nice to have my own office now.
